NSW: Alleged drug dealers nabbed in raids

TWO alleged drug dealers have been arrested and charged following a police raid on a home at Lithgow.

Detectives, with the assistance of Bathurst Target Action Group, raided the Rifle Parade home at around 8.30am on Thursday where they arrested a 23-year-old man.

During the search of the property, officers allegedly found 800 MDMA tablets, worth an estimated $40,000, 10gms of cocaine, cash, an illegal corn snake, ammunition and other drug paraphernalia.

The young man was taken to Lithgow Police Station and charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug, two counts of possess a prohibited drug, possess ammunition without holding licence and keep higher-risk category animal without licence.

Shortly after midday on Friday, another 23-year-old man attended Lithgow Police Station where he was also arrested and charged with supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, possess a prohibited drug and possess suspected stolen goods.
