New South Wales has seen another big spike in COVID-19 cases with 3763 new infections reported on Wednesday.
The state also recorded a further two deaths.
The case numbers are up by more than 700 on Tuesday’s figures as New South Wales continues to break daily records.

The number of people being treated in hospital is up from 284 to 302 with 40 of those in ICU.
More than 151,000 tests were conducted in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
Victoria has also seen an increase in cases with 1503 reported on Wednesday, up from 1245 the previous day.
The state also recorded six deaths.
Victoria currently has 392 people being treated in hospital with 73 in ICU.
