NSW cop charged with drink driving has licence suspended
A POLICE officer has had his licence suspended after he was allegedly caught drink driving yesterday evening.
The 42-year-old senior constable was served with a Field Court Attendance Notice for the offence.
Police say the officer is attached to a local area command within the southern region.
The senior constable’s NSW drivers licence was suspended as a result of the incident and his duty status is also being reviewed.
He is due to appear before Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday August 31.
