NSW cop charged after spraying colleague with capsicum spray
A NSW police officer is due to face court next month charged over the alleged assault of a colleague.
Police say the 43-year-old male Sergeant was issued a Future Court Attendance Notice for assault, following an incident with another officer in November last year.
It’s alleged the Sergeant sprayed a Senior Constable in the face with OC spray while on duty at a police station.
The officer will appear before the Downing Centre Local Court on 24 August.
