NSW: Drunk driver loses control of Subaru and smashes into service station
A DRUNK driver has lost control of his car in Sydney, mounted a gutter and smashed into a petrol bowser and car repair business.
Police say the 26-year-old man lost control of his grey Subaru XV on Page Street at Pagewood about 9.30pm last night.
It’s alleged the man initially fled the scene but returned a short time later at which time he was subjected to a roadside breath test in which he allegedly returned a positive reading of 0.126.
He was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice to appear in Waverley Local Court on 23 September 2015.
Fortunately, nobody was injured.
