NSW: Female police officer charged with domestic violence offences, issued with AVO

A FEMALE police officer has been issued with a apprehended violence order after being charged with multiple domestic violence related offences.

The off-duty senior constable, who is attached to the Northern Region, has been charged with seven counts of use carriage service to menace, harass or offend as well as stalk or intimidate (domestic violence related).

The 42-year-old has been issued with a Future Court Attendance Notice to appear in Belmont Local Court on 21 October.
