Police have charged a 51-year-old man with indecently assaulting two teenage girls last year on the NSW Central Coast.
It will be alleged he attacked the 16-year-old girl while she was employed at a business in Erina in August and the 17-year-old after she had sought work at a business in November.
Following on-going investigations, the man was arrested in Erina on Thursday afternoon.

He has since been charged with aggravated indecent assault – victim under authority of offender and assault with an act of indecency.
The man was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Gosford Local Court on Tuesday 3 April.
