NSW: Man killed in single-vehicle smash
POLICE are investigating after a man was killed in a single-vehicle crash north-west of Sydney early this morning.
The accident happened along the Old Northern Road at Maroota shortly after 2.30am.
Early reports suggest a Subaru Liberty was travelling north when it lost control, left the road and hit a tree.
The driver and only occupant of the car, a 30-year-old man, died at the scene.
A crime scene was established and investigations into the incident are continuing.
