NSW: Man repeatedly stabbed in frenzied ambush

POLICE are investigating after a man was stabbed multiple times during a targeted, frenzied ambush in Sydney’s south west overnight.

About 10pm on Friday, a 30-year-old man and a woman were walking through Deverall Park on Yanderra Street, Condell Park, when the man became involved in an altercation with a number of males.

During the altercation the man was stabbed to the leg and back, before the men drove from the scene in the woman’s Toyota Kluger which was found dumped a short distance away in Ellis Street.


The 30-year-old man was rushed by ambulance to Liverpool Hospital for treatment to what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries.

Police established two crime scenes and urging anyone with information to come forward.

At this stage, there is no description of the alleged offenders.
