NSW Police officer charged with not keeping gun safe

A NSW Police officer will face court next month over an alleged firearm offence.

The Senior Constable, who is attached to Southern Region, was yesterday issued with a Future Service Court Attendance Notice for not keeping his firearm safely.

The 51-year-old, who has been suspended from duty with pay, will appear before Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday 14 September.
