NSW Police seek urgent help to locate missing teen

NEW South Wales police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a teenage boy reported missing from the Blue Mountains almost two weeks ago.

Police say 15-year-old Izac Lawrence (pictured) was last seen at his home in Katoomba at around 7.45am on Monday 18 July.

The teenager reportedly contacted his parents the following day saying he was staying at a friend’s house for the night.

However, police said it was not known who this friend was or where they lived.

Izac has not been seen or heard from since.

Police said he was officially reported missing to authorities on Wednesday 27 July.

The teenager is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 168cm tall with a chubby build and short blonde/brown coloured hair.

Anyone who knows of Izac’s whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
