NSW: Rifles, shotgun, bullets stolen off farm

DETECTIVES are appealing for public assistance following the theft of three firearms from a property near Tenterfield.

Between Monday 27 July and Thursday 27 August 2015, a break-in occurred at a property at Rocky River when the occupants were away.

Property stolen included an amount of ammunition and three firearms consisting of a Hollis 12 gauge shotgun, a .222 calibre Bruno rifle and a .22 calibre rifle.


Officers from New England Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

Detectives from the New England Rural Crime Squad have begun investigations into the incident.
