NSW teacher accused of indecent assault

A Sydney teacher is facing court today, charged with indecently assaulting a female student.

The 49-year-old was arrested on Thursday when detectives carried out a search warrant on a home in Prestons, during which they seized computers and storage devices.

The raid followed a week of investigations following a report, a 12-year-old girl had been indecently assaulted on a number of occasions last year, by a teacher at her school.
