While Brimble was locked up for 22-months for robbery with actual violence and occasioning actual bodily harm.

It’s alleged the pair escaped the low security facility yesterday and got into a waiting car.

Police have confirmed, the pair was tracked down to a Loganholme property and taken into custody, around 3.30am today.

They have both been charged with one count of escape lawful custody and are scheduled to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

They’re likely to now be transported to a higher security jail to serve out the rest of their sentences.
