Obama told: ‘Don’t touch my girlfriend’

UNITED States President Barack Obama has been warned to keep his hands to himself.

While casting a vote at a polling station in Chicago on Monday, Obama was jokingly told “Don’t touch my girlfriend” by local voter Mike Jones.

Jones’ fiance Aia Cooper was standing next to the president at the time.

“I really wasn’t planning on it,” Obama assured Jones.

Cooper apologized to Obama for her boyfriend, saying she knew he was going to “say something smart.”

The President didn’t stay true to his word though, offering Cooper a hug and a kiss on the cheek after he cast his vote.
