Officer from South Eastern Region suspended for harassment

A constable from the South Eastern Region has today been suspended from official duty over harassment allegations.

The 29-year-old male officer is alleged to have engaged in harassment and accessed confidential information without an official purpose.

In a statement, the Queensland Police Service said “In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct.
