Both men were rushed to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for treatment.
One man is in a serious but stable condition, while the other is listed as ‘critical’, police said.
“We understand the stabbing was targeted and relates to a personal issue between the parties – all of whom are known to each other,” NSW Police said in a statement.
Police are still searching for the attackers, believed to be at least two males.
They were both wearing dark hooded tops and were last seen running along Daniels Street, towards Buckland Street immediately after the attack.
