A MAN has been killed and another has been rushed to hospital with serious lower body injuries after a trench collapsed in regional Victoria.
It happened at Delacombe, southwest of Ballarat, around 11.15am on Wednesday.
It’s understood the men were digging trenches around four-metres deep near the Glenelg Highway to lay pipe for a new housing development when the soil caved in.
