ONE man has been killed and four others have been injured – one of them critically – in a horror single-vehicle crash near Albury in southern NSW.
It happened on the Hume Highway at Mullengandra just after 7.30am on Thursday.
NSW Police said a car crashed into a tree and rolled, killing a man sitting in the front passenger seat and critically injuring the driver.

Three other men sitting in the back seat were trapped in the wreck and had to be freed by emergency services.
Two of them were taken to hospital by ambulance, while a third was airlifted, police said.
The male driver was rushed by ambulance to Albury Base Hospital in a critical condition.
The ages of them involved were not immediately known.
Officers from the Murray River Police District are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
