A woman has tragically died in a horror crash on the Harbour Bridge in Sydney this morning.
Emergency services were flown in via helicopter, and have shut down all lanes of the bridge in both directions.
Two cars are believed to have collided head on around 7.15am, with reports the female driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene.

Her two passengers – both believed to be men in their 30s – were treated for head injuries, one is in a serious condition.
The driver of the other car has been trapped in the vehicle for some time, with authorities on scene trying to free her.
Drivers who are stuck in traffic are being advised not to do u-turns to get out of the area, which is now flooded with cars.
Motorists are being told to avoid the area if possible.
