One dead, two in hospital after boat overturns
One person has reportedly died after a boat capsized off the north Queensland coast.
Two other people have been taken to hospital following a difficult rescue operation near Bowen.
It was originally thought five people were on board the vessel when it overturned around 11am on Wednesday, but it is now believed there were only three.

A paramedic needed to be winched from a helicopter to the boat to perform CPR on the two who managed to scramble onto the exposed bottom of capsized boat, while a diver searched the hull for the third person.
