QUEENSLAND has recorded one new local case of COVID-19.
The Premier confirmed on Wednesday the latest case was linked to the Sunnybank and detected in hotel quarantine.
Annastacia Palaszczuk said officials were “not worried about that at all”.

Ms Palaszczuk also announced the state government was planning for another ‘Super Pfizer Weekend’ in the coming weeks given the success over last week.
She also revealed four vaccination clinics in Queensland will be available for walk-ins from today.
They include Caboolture Square Community Vaccination Clinic. Doomben Racecourse, Kippa Ring and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Boondall.
The state’s vaccination rate for double doses has now increased to 42.35 per cent.
