One year anniversary of Tiahleigh Palmer’s death
Saturday marks one year since the body of Logan schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer was found on the banks of the Pimpama River.
Friend Mia-Sky Pfingst wrote a letter to honour her primary school friend.
Her sister Alana shared the letter to Facebook. In it she said those years with her where amazingly fantastic, our adventures I could never forget.
“When I first met Tiah I thought she was strange, different, and too happy and smiled a lot,” the young girl wrote.
“Tiah and I became friends easily, I was wired and she was wired too, well we were like weird buddies.
“Growing up with Tiah was amazing, we did everything together like, get in trouble together, messed around a lot, played games.
Members of Tiahleigh’s foster family face various charges. Her foster father is accused of murdering her.
