AN out of control 18th birthday party has been shut down by Police in Molendinar after a group of drunken teens refused to leave and started throwing beer bottles.
Uniformed and plain clothes officers, along with the dog squad arrived at the industrial shed in Geary Crescent around 12.40am on Sunday, after reports of a number of youths fighting and creating a disturbance out on the street.
It is believed to have started after a group of drunk teens were evicted from the party and were prevented from re-entering by security.

They then started throwing bottles and creating a disturbance which ultimately forced the party to be shut down, ruining a man’s 18th birthday celebrations.
Officers stopped the fights and dispersed the large crowd with four teens arrested for good order offences, including a 15-year-old boy charged with public nuisance and a 17-year-old man charged with obstructing police.
A number of people were treated at the scene for minor injuries, and one person was transported to hospital.
No complaints of assault were made to police.
