A P-PLATE driver has allegedly been caught tearing down a NSW highway at 195 kilometres per hour with two children in his car.
Police said highway patrol officers detected the Honda Accord travelling at dangerous speeds along the Hume Highway at Ingleburn, in Sydney’s south, at around 1.40am this morning.
The vehicle was allegedly clocked travelling at 195kph in a 110 zone.

Among the passengers were two children, aged 11 and 12.
Further checks revealed the driver, a 20-year-old man, was the holder of a South Australian provisional licence.
He was issued with a Field Court Attendance notices for driving at a speed dangerous, exceed speed limit over 45 km/h and resident of NSW more than three months not obtain NSW driver licence.
He will appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Monday 5 September.
