An unused alleyway behind some of the stores at Pacific Fair has been transformed into the ultimate play zone for kids.
Play Street is the shopping centre’s newest play space, and features a high climb course, giant slide and toddler playroom set amongst a jungle backdrop.
Senior Marketing Manager Kate Halpin said Pacific Fair is thrilled an unused area of the centre has been turned into a unique and vibrant area Gold Coast families will love.

“Aptly termed, Play Street is purposefully designed to encourage a children’s sense of independence, exploration, and creativity,” she said.
“Big kids have had a blast climbing all the way to the top of the 8m high-climb course whilst the toddler room encourages low-set play for the smaller kids.
“Parents and carers are relishing in the chance to sit back and catch a break whilst the kids burn some energy.”
A bespoke mural encompassing the beauties of Australian flora by renowned artist, Gola Hundun, creates a jungle feel in the space, and a collection of bespoke festoon and animated lighting will light up the area after dark.
Play Street is open from 8am – 8pm daily and can be accessed via the alleyway behind Uniqlo and H&M at Pacific Fair. For more information, visit: pacificfair.com.au/what-s-on/play-street-now-open!
