TWO young men have been charged after police allegedly found 68 grams of crystal meth in their car during a vehicle stop in Sydney’s south.
Detectives intercepted the Volkswagen Jetta on Bridge Street at Hurstville shortly after 1pm on Wednesday.
During a search of the car, officers allegedly found two resealable bags filled with 68 grams of a crystalline substance believed to be methylamphetamine (ice) concealed in the glove box.

The drugs were seized and will undergo forensic examinations.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, and his 21-year-old passenger were arrested and taken to Hurstville Police Station.
Following further inquiries, officers allegedly found $50,000 cash inside a Lexus sedan parked in Riverwood.
Both men have since been charged with supplying a prohibited drug, and recklessly dealing with proceeds of crime.
They have been granted conditional bail and are due to appear at Sutherland Local Court on November 14.
