TWO men have been rushed to hospital with severe burns after a house ‘exploded’ into flames in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services were called to the house ablaze on Naying Drive in Pemulwuy just before 11.30am this morning.
It took firefighters several hours to extinguish the inferno. The building was completely destroyed.

Two men who were believed to be inside the house at the time it caught alight sustained severe burns.
A MyCareFlight rescue helicopter was dispatched to the scene to airlift the injured to hospital, however, it was not needed.
Both men were rushed by ambulance to Royal North Shore hospital. They were transported in a serious condition.
Police have confirmed they are treating the fire as suspicious. There are reports the house “exploded”.
The area has been declared a crime scene and will be examined by forensic investigators this afternoon.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to come forward.
