Paramedics assess multiple people in two Gold Coast crashes

Paramedics have been called to two car crashes on the Gold Coast overnight, assessing a number of people.

They first responded to a two car crash on Commercial Street and Old Coach Road in Upper Coomera around 6.00pm.

On arrival, they assessed two patients at the scene, with both needing to be taken to hospital for further treatment.

They’re believed to be in stable conditions at the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Later on, emergency crews were called to another two car crash on Discovery Drive just before 11.30pm.

Paramedics say multiple people were assessed at the scene, but luckily all patients declined transport to hospital.
