Paramedics are one of the most highly respected professions in the world, working tirelessly everyday to save lives… but one angry resident has shown them no respect – leaving a nasty note on an ambulance windscreen.
West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics in the UK were attending to a man who was in a critical condition and vomiting blood when they came across the shocking note on their windscreen.
The handwritten note, which was posted online to Twitter, read: “You may be saving lives but don’t park your van in a stupid place and block my drive.”

The heartless letter sparked a tirade of comments from disgusted members of the public, who took to social media to vent.
“Unfortunately there are some very selfish people in this world if are more worried about their drives, than others lives,” one person commented.
“This is very low. Most of us have reason to be immensely grateful for what you do. I hope the crew were not too upset,” wrote another.
Sometimes we just don’t know what to say. This was the note left on an ambulance today. At the time, the crew were helping a man who was extremely unwell after vomiting blood. They took him on blue lights to hospital where he was in a critical condition. #patientscomefirst ??? pic.twitter.com/RwCCVmZgrA
