An inflatable baby pool float has been recalled over serious safety fears.
The ‘baby swim neck float’, which comes in a variety of different colours, was sold nationally online by eBay Trader xianan121280 between 4 August 2014 – 12 July 2017.
A recall notice posted on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website says “the product does not comply with the Consumer Product Safety Standard.”

“There is an increased risk of drowning if the product isn’t used correctly or deflates during use,” the notice reads.
People who have purchased the neck float will be contacted directly and requested to return the product for a full refund.
