Police are seeking witnesses to a Fortitude Valley bar fight where a man had part of his thumb bitten off.
At around 12.15am on April 14, a 48-year-old man became involved in a physical altercation with a 53-year-old man at Cru Bar on James Street.
It was during this altercation that the 48-year-old had part of his thumb bitten off.

Police would like to speak with two people who are shown on security vision to have been sitting nearby that may have witnessed the circumstances leading up to incident.

It is hoped that the man and woman may have information that can help police firm up a timeline of events.
The pair, along with anyone else who may have witnessed the altercation and events leading up to it, are urged to contact police.
Both men involved in the incident are continuing to assist police with their enquiries.
