Phone threat forces evacuation of Gold Coast primary school

A Gold Coast primary school has been evacuated and parents urged to pick up their children after the school received a threat.

Police have confirmed a call was made to Biggera Waters State School around 11am.

Students were evacuated to the school’s oval as a precaution.

Officers arrived a short time later and conducted a search of the school but have not located anything suspicious.

Parents have been sent a note from the school’s principal requesting them to pick up their children.

“Due to the nature of the call, I request that families please make their way to the school to collect their child/children when possible. All children will be supervised until 3pm.

Details of where parents should pick up their children have been sent to them in an email.

“Please do not enter the school from any gate apart from the back entrance, this is to ensure the safety of all.

“Children have been amazing. This is a safety precaution.”

Inquiries are continuing.

What seriously some sick idiotic d***fart spastic would do that honestly! ⬇️

The Arcticle is true and I was extremely scared and I don’t know why the fire alarm went off instead of a lockdown. The police did pull up at the school
