Physiotherapist accused of filming patients with ‘hidden camera’

A physiotherapist has been charged after he was allegedly busted filming patients with a hidden camera at a western Sydney clinic.

Officers were called to the business at Greenfield Park on Monday 12 November after a ‘concealed camera’ was located in a changeroom.

“It will be alleged in court that the camera was concealed in a wall hung clothes hook and captured patients getting changed,” NSW Police said in a statement.


Following investigations, a 52-year-old man was arrested at Cabramatta Police Station on November 13.

The man was charged with two counts of film person’s private parts without consent-aggravated, and Install device, adapt building etc to observe or film other.

He was granted conditional bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today.
