The Prime Minister has been clear about who he will be barracking for, ahead of Saturday afternoon’s AFL Grand Final.
Malcolm Turnbull pledged his allegiance to the Swans as they prepare to take on the Western Bulldogs in front of what will be a packed stadium at the MCG.

The PM attended the traditional Grand Final breakfast earlier, where he was clear about his support for the Swans.
He told guests the “Sydney Swans are my neighbourhood team and they had an outstanding season as minor premiers”.
“They not only deserve to be here, the football public deserves to see them here, to see Buddy and the AFL’S most formidable midfield display their awesome skills on the biggest stage of all.
