An investigation is underway after a child was approached by a suspicious man at a school on Sydney’s north shore this week.
Police say that between 11.00am and 11.30am on Wednesday, a five-year-old boy was approached by a man at a school in Lindfield.
The man allegedly fled on foot after noticing a teacher in the area. He was last seen running towards the Pacific Highway at Lindfield.

He is described as having a thin build and facial hair and was last seen wearing a black cap, black shirt and black pants.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
