Police appeal after Sydney brothel robbed, employee assaulted
Police are appealing for information after an armed robbery at a brothel in Blacktown this morning.
About 5.40am a male entered the establishment on Carnegie Place near the intersection Bessemer Street.
After a conversation with staff members, the man has become aggressive towards staff allegedly assaulting a male staff member and stealing a quantity of cash.
The man was last seen running from the driveway of premises.
The staff member was conveyed to Blacktown Hospital by a work colleague and treated for a cut to the temple.
He was described to police as being of Indian/Sub-Continental appearance, of muscular build and with black hair.
When he was last seen the male was wearing a dark hooded jumper, dark green long pants and running shoes.
