Police appeal to locate man missing from NSW residential facility

Police are appealing to the community for assistance to locate a man missing in the state’s Central West.
Clifford Burns, aged 55, was noticed missing from a residential facility on Giles Road, Springside, near Orange, about 8.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 14 July 2015).
Staff at the facility contacted police, who conducted an extensive search of the area; however, Mr Burns was not located.
Officers from Canobolas Local Area Command are appealing for public assistance to locate Mr Burns.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 160-170cm tall, with a medium build, grey hair and beard, and blue eyes. He also has a number of tattoos on both his arms.
Detectives have urged members of the public not to approach Mr Burns but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately if sighted.
