Police appealing for dash-cam footage after ute’s wild ride through Logan streets

DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a ute was seen driving dangerously through Logan last week.

A white Mitsubishi Triton was seen driving erratically through the Jacobs Well, Stapylton, Mount Warren Park and Beenleigh areas on Thursday, July 18 between 3.00 and 4.00pm.

Police say the ute accelerated through a number of intersections at speed and at times was seen driving on the incorrect side of the road before knocking over a number of street signs.

It was later found in Meadowbrook after being damaged during an incident at a service station.

Police are appealing for anyone with information or dash cam footage that captures the ute driving dangerously.
