Police appealing for witnesses after Gold Coast road rage attack

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward after a road rage attack on the Gold Coast last week.

It’s understood a black Prado 4WD and a white Landcruiser were involved in a crash heading south on the M1 between Nerang and Merrimac last Thursday around 11.30am.

The two men behind the wheel of both vehicles got out and ended up having a physical altercation on the side of the road.

A 55-year-old man sustained facial injuries in the incident.

Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone with any dashcam or vision of the incident or may have witnessed the events.
