Police arrest student at same school attended by 15yo gunman

POLICE have this morning arrested a student at the same school the 15-year-old gunman who shot a man dead at Parramatta’s police headquarters attended.

Police swooped on the student as he was on his way to Arthur Phillip High School this morning.

ABC reports police emptied the young man’s belongings onto the footpath before handcuffing him and taking him away in a police van.

It’s believed the arrest is in relation to alleged posts on social media.

During the arrest police allege the teenager threatened and intimidated police.

Farhad Jabar Khalil Mohammad shot police force veteran and accountant Curtis Cheng outside the Parramatta police headquarters on Friday.
