Police confirm missing Gold Coast girl found safe

UPDATE @ 3.00 PM | An 11-year-old girl reported missing from Pimpama has been found.

Police confirmed to myGC that the youngster was located safe and well around 10.00am on Tuesday.

Officers have thanked the public and media for their assistance.

EARLIER @ 4.30 AM | POLICE are asking for help from the public to find an 11-year-old girl reported missing from the Pimpama area.

The girl was last seen around 7.30pm on Monday near Gainsborough Drive but has not been seen since.

She is described as olive skin, 162cm tall, slim build with long light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black leggings and a dark top.

Police are appealing for the girl or anyone with further information to contact police.
