Police called to disturbance in Centrelink office

POLICE have been called to break up a disturbance inside a Gold Coast Centrelink office this afternoon.

Officer’s were called to the Southport branch around 2pm with reports two disgruntled clients were causing a scene.

Staff requested police attend and remove the pair after they allegedly sparked a heated argument and refused to leave.
