UPDATE @ 9.45am: A man is in custody following a lengthy stand-off with police at a home in Ipswich.
Police were called to a disturbance at Woodend around 8.30pm last night and an emergency declaration was made at 12.52am under the Public Safety and Preservation Act.
A 40-year-old man was taken in to custody around 9.15 this morning.

The declaration was revoked at 10.05am.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
EARLIER: Police have shut down an Ipswich street and are negotiating with a man after a domestic disturbance saw a woman taken to hospital.
Police were called to the Woodend home around 8.30pm on Sunday after reports of a disturbance.
A woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A man remains holed up inside the home and early on Monday morning police declared an emergency declaration.
Elizabeth Street is currently blocked off by police and negotiators are at the scene.
