Police discover body in car during traffic stop in NSW
POLICE have made a horrifying discovery during a traffic stop in NSW this morning.
Just after 3.15am, officers pulled over a car on Griffiths Road at Lambton and found the body of a 52-year-old man in the backseat of the vehicle.
The driver, a 52-year-old man, was arrested and taken to Waratah Police Station
A crime scene was established and the car has since been seized for forensic examination.

Police say that at this time, the incident is not being treated as suspicious, however a post mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of the man’s death.
Investigations are continuing.
