Tweed police are calling on community assistance to help identify an ‘opportunistic thief’ who’s been pinching things from people’s trolleys.

The man’s been spotted taking personal belongings out of shopping trolleys when victims are not watching.

Police have released images of the man, in the hopes that the community may be able to identify him, or at least be wary of him.
