Police hunting possible ‘child predator’ after two boys approached

Police are investigating the possible link between two child approaches on Sydney’s upper north shore this week.

Officers say that around 4.30pm Thursday 30 June, an eight-year-old boy was approached in the change rooms of an aquatic centre in Hornsby.

Following investigations into the incident, it has been revealed that a 10-year-old boy was also approached in the same change room the day before.

Police are investigating possible links between the incidents and would like to speak with a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

He is described as being of Asian appearance and aged between 20 and 30. He was last seen wearing grey three-quarter length pants, a black top and black thongs.
