Police hunting ‘white ute with side mirror damage’ following Logan hit-and-run

A MAN is in a serious condition in intensive care after being hit by a vehicle in a horror hit-and-run in Logan last week.

The man was walking along Wuraga Road at Bahrs Scrub when he was struck near the intersection with Prangley Road just after 7.40pm on Thursday.

The 62-year-old remains in Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.


Police are now appealing to any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident, in particular a white ute with damage to a side mirror, to come forward.

Anyone who may have relevant dash-cam footage is also being urged to contact police.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
