Police hunts youths after rock smashes through bus window

POLICE are investigating after a rock was thrown at a bus in Nowra on Sunday, shattering a side window.

The incident happened as the bus with about six passengers on board was travelling along Kinghorne Street at around 10.45am.

Two youths were reportedly seen throwing the rock which shattered one of its side windows.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

The two youths involved have only been described to police as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance.

Inquiries are continuing and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
