Police investigating after motorcyclist killed in horror crash, Logan

Investigations are underway in Logan this morning after a motorcyclist was tragically killed in a crash yesterday afternoon.

The 48-year-old man was riding his bike along Ellerslie Road when he collided with a car near the intersection of Blue Eagle Drive around 3.30 pm.

Emergency services rushed to the scene but despite desperate attempts, the Loganlea man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 66-year-old female driver of the car, a silver Honda sedan, suffered minor injuries in the incident and had to be hospitalised.

The Forensic Crash Unit is now investigating and is appealing for anyone with dashcam vision around the area to come forward.
